BURNSVILLE, MN – Ahead of meetings with regional U.S. Postal Service leadership in Eagan and Prior Lake next week, U.S. Representative Angie Craig is asking Eagan and Prior Lake residents for real-time feedback on their mail service.

This is the latest step in Rep. Craig’s work to resolve persistent mail delivery problems in the South Metro and across Minnesota.

In January, Rep. Craig launched her original USPS survey and received more than 3,300 responses from Minnesotans detailing their frustrations with local mail delays. She delivered that feedback directly to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s office in Washington DC.

“I’m looking for real-time feedback from my constituents on current service levels at USPS, so we can support our letter carriers and postal workers and help get the mail delivered on time,” said Rep. Craig. “If you live in Eagan or Prior Lake, I want to hear from you.”

Eagan and Prior Lake residents should submit feedback here by Wednesday, July 19th. If you are experiencing an issue with your mail delivery in another city in the Second District, you can leave that feedback here.
