Pricing for the median home in Rosemount increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Rosemount rose by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 19.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,000 - a 9.7 percent increase over the $339,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 173 homes sold in Rosemount in the first half of 2021.
